Savatiano

Savatiano, a Greek white grape, is known for its resilience and adaptability. It produces dry wines with moderate acidity and subtle, often floral and citrus notes, sometimes with a hint of resin. Traditionally used in Retsina, it's also capable of producing crisp, unoaked white wines.
