Romorantin

Romorantin, a rare white grape from France's Loire Valley, yields wines with high acidity and complex aromas of beeswax, quince, and citrus. Its lean character and mineral backbone make it ideal for dry, age-worthy wines often displaying a distinct savory note. It's the sole variety permitted in Cour-Cheverny appellation.
